Studio - Final Design
I am pleased with how the project turned out. The last minute inspiration for the visual style really brought the project to a new level. I will definitely be experimenting with it a bit more (every designer needs a branded visual style!!)

Finished animation for Binary Code memory. While this project was meant to be code-based, I enjoyed opening up After Effects again and working at the old motion graphics!!! I also have an idea to turn this animation into a sound based project, with beats and sounds building as the project grows! Watch this space!

Animated Concept Art for Visual Studies. I wanted to bring the concept art to life so I used some particle effects in After Effects (NOT particular) and added that little bit of depth they needed. Apologies for the long delay at the start, I just wanted to make sure the triffid received as much love as the animations :D

Experimenting with visual style for studio...
Just putting the finishing touches to my studio project and I have decided upon a visual that compliments both projects and the book. I have still to iron out a few rough edges but I am confident with what has been produced so far!

Visual Studies Hand In
First hand-in of the year! Visual Studies project - Create concept art for one out of a possible three films. I chose Day of the Triffids because my inner sci-fi geek would never forgive me! I am pleased with the results and as always with Vis Studies, what I lack in drawing skills I try to make up for in sheer hard work and experimentation. I’ll update with the feedback soon!

Exciting presentation tomorrow!
I have been selected for a 10 minute presentation to show my work to 2 professional designers! Both are coming up from two well known companies based in London - Poke and Digit! I have admired both these companies for a while so the opportunity is exciting to say the very least!!! I just have the hard job of choosing what to present eeek! Text files.... So many text files
After a weekend sent typing up 300+ text files for studio, I find that I made a mistake and the files were now useless. So another evening typing up text files, this time 600 of them. At least I’m confident I haven’t got it wrong this time… I hope
